Free Radio Berkeley: Building a low-power FM Broadcasting station

Everything you need to know about setting up a low-power FM broadcast station, by Stephen Dunifer of Free Radio Berkeley.
This video was made in 1996. (An hour and thirty minutes, gives a complete overview of most of what you should need to start your own FM pirate radio station, from FM transmitters to ampliers to low-pass filters, etc. Definately instructive. If you want to start a pirate FM station, the time invested here will be worthwhile.)
