Fair to good carrier noted at 2330 UTC...threshold audio at 2333 UTC with Dutch tune, into ballad by man singer. Undermodulated at first, but signal picked up a bit around 2344 UTC. Sounds like our old friend Abu Dhabi is ID'ing like the old days as "Black Bandit" Always nice to hear BB hear on the east coast of North America!
