X-FM 4070 AM at 0306 UTC, 3/4/18

Catching X-FM on 4070 AM here also just above some serious RFI noise level getting here this evening. Signal is a S9 but noise is a S8. Really tough catch. Redhat chatting at 0306 and talking about being gone too long and post on HFU. Thanks Redhat even though it really sucks here.
