[sounds more like old USSR or N. Korea], "...Armed forces." Now a solo trumpet blaring to get ones attention, [salute my boots or else. Perhaps provided by BJP party]. 1836gmt., signal strong but very choppy, rapid fading; more talk now about President Obama, more music, on & on w. talk, now in Hindi..... I give up!
