Unid transmitting TIMIT phrases 6950 USB

5/18/12, 6950 USB, 0015z: For a few hours this evening, copying audio loop of OM voice repeating phrases from TIMIT speech recognition experiment. Purpose uncertain, possibly someone testing speech recognition software over shortwave.

Repeated phrases:
"She had your dark suit in greasy wash water all year."
"Don’t ask me to carry an oily rag like that."
"They used an aggressive policeman to flag thoughtless motorists."

Audible via east coast web tuner, inaudible on home receiver.
