FM Pirate 92.1

Last night (2/1/13) around 6pm while doing some errands I came across a fm pirate on 92.1 on my car radio.
They were relaying rock music from the Boomerradio.com website. Did not catch any relay ID, only the website ID "...you're listening to Boomerradio.com...".
The 92.1 freq is unused in my area. The signal / audio was good though when I got home it started to fade. The station probably had a range of 5-6 miles.
