The Free Radio Weekly (FRW) is an internet newsletter devoted to the
hobby of listening to free radio "pirate" broadcasters in the
shortwave radio bands. The FRW is produced by the free radio community
and distributed to those who contribute.
The weekly deadline is Saturdays at 0000 UTC (Friday night in North
America). Please send your logs to all the editors, as our editing
schedule is subject to last minute changes. Thank you for your inputs!

== Editor's notes ==
No sign of the old time radio pirate on 6770 in several days. This
station had been on more or less continuously for several months. The
last log on the FRN was on 25 January.
At press time (around 0000 UTC Saturday February 6), I am hearing a
broadcast on 6340 AM with bluesy sixties rock, tentative ID "Radio
10," and Radio Ga Ga on 6930 broadcasting music in double sideband
mode.

Celtic Music Radio (tentative): 2/3/16 2004-2041* UTC 6935 AM. Just
above the noise at S4 playing Irish or Scottish music,OM with heavy
accent gave ID as "? Music Radio" and what sounded like a gmail

1956-2038 Irish/Celtic music with comments by both an OM and a YL in
EE. Mostly faint to very faint. Bits of an id: "__________ Music

Classic jazz music, into an angry hip-hop song "My 98 Oldsmobile."
s15, flame throwing signal and good sound, completely obliterating a
lively ham conversation in effect. None of the hams doing any better

same operator who was on 6925 am until just a few seconds ago.
Currently relaying (off-air) the Amphetamine Radio transmission taking
place on 6955 usb. Open carrier at 2238 for a couple of minutes, then

"What It's Like," with phone-in quality sound, frequent dropouts,
